This is a very short, dense list of extremely important resources. Do not confuse wordiness or volume for gravity, profundity or relevance. The world is filled with wind bags, hot air, verbosity, hyperbole, and a veritable shit-storm of propaganda and delusion. You must learn to separate the wheat from the chaff - or in the case of our modern, techno-entranced, mind-shackled, deeply indoctrinated 21st century society, we must now separate the nourishment, from the poison and the pap.
The important thing right now, and most immediately, however, is that you save this document that you are reading now, preferably along with my article, titled, Flash-Drive Revolution, to USB flash-drive, offline - and now. The internet is slowly being closed down, in terms of rapidly rising censorship. Articles, videos, websites, and people, are being disappeared. Save at least these two documents to USB now, I would urge, then come back to it very soon, if not daily, to create your own Key Documents & Resources file - both on your desktop for easy access, and more importantly offline, for sage storage on USB, as quickly as you are able.
Furtively passing USB flash-drives by hand, palm to palm, along with pamphlets, books, CDs and DVDs, may turn out to be the crucial tipping point factor, between success in defending human rights, constitutional democracy and freedom, or losing the class war to the billionaire fascist oligarchs. It may be that important.
And for the 70-80% of people who still haven’t caught on to the fact that there is an escalating, long-standing class war going on; or the fact that the Davos billionaire set are now a globally ruling oligarchy, which even the leading business journal of the Western Hemisphere, the Financial Times calls, "the de facto world government”; or the fact that this same unelected corporate oligarchy is now in the midst of imposing a global fascist coup, all I can say is, think more, reflect more, read and discuss more - and widely, and begin to question things, a whole lot more. You are about to lose more than you can imagine.
Of course, the nit-pickers may say, Well, it is not actually fascism - it’s neo-fascism. But I think it is important here that we convey the gist, and not split hairs. The general public do not know what neo-fascism means, but they have at least a vague understanding of what fascism is, and that it is not good, but in fact, is something very dangerous, and evil. And they are right. The question is, therefore, do you want to communicate to a small group of academics and intellectuals, or to a mass audience, and to the broader public? Which really means, do you want to communicate effectively, or not? Which also means, do you want to defeat the new wave of fascism, or would you rather be technically precise, and simultaneously impotent, and daft, and watch our rights, freedoms, and constitutional democracy, all be crushed and destroyed, before our eyes? Keep it simple. Speak in language the people understand. This isn’t about being right - it’s about winning.
We should maybe say something more, in brief here, about terminology, names and labels. What is occurring across the Western world, and in 180 countries around the world, I would simply describe as a fascist coup, driven and orchestrated by the Davos billionaires and their corporate empire. This is not something that sprang up out of nowhere, of course. If you read the books and other documents written by the military industrial complex, and the business, military and political elite, you can see clearly and undeniably that the Western elite have had a very strong preference for fascism, or other forms of authoritarian, elite rule, for well over a century. We are simply witnessing, and living through, the final stages of a long-standing class war, and a long, slow drive towards global neo-feudal corporate fascism. But sometimes other people describe it differently. The gist, however, remains the same.
The leading constitutional lawyer of Canada, Rocco Galati, uses the term fascism - which to me is best, because people understand that term best; and that term is perfectly accurate. As Mussolini himself said, corporatism is defined as the merger of the business elite with the state; corporatism being, he said, the proper term for fascism. And that is precisely what we are now living through. It is a global corporate take-over. Anyone who has been paying any attention at all, could have seen it coming for decades. I did, and I warned about it for the past 30 years, since 1990.
Gerald Celente, the world’s leading trend analyst, uses the same term for it, stating it plainly in his straight-forward, Brooklyn manner - which is utterly refreshing, amidst the bullshit, lies and PR:
“Let’s call it like it is. It’s fascism.”
Other people have called it technocracy, Communism, totalitarianism, or capitalist-socialism. But all of these terms, including fascism, while they are certainly accurate enough, are simply different ways of describing different flavours or variations of authoritarianism.
The central point, and the urgent task, is to understand what is going on, and to communicate that reality to the widest possible number of people - and in ways that they understand, and not just intellectually, but also viscerally. And while we do that, of course, we need to be building the resistance.
Unite all of the people who are anti-authoritarian at heart - which is 80% of the people, despite the momentary lapse of reason of the great majority.
Unite the people. Seek and speak the truth. Build the resistance. And build parallel structures, systems, networks and communities, and now. We need to do all of that now, as rapidly as possible. And we need also, to begin backing up and saving offline, every valuable document, archive, video, film, meme or song that we can.
Fight the good fight. And never surrender. We will win this. But it will not be overnight.
Prepare yourself. Arm yourself with knowledge, and with allies, broad and diverse; and nourish yourself and others in body, spirit and mind. We will win. Keep a long term perspective.
And start backing up important information now - starting with this article you are reading, and the valuable resource list it contains.

Key resources, networks, groups and organizations:
Important leadership, analysis, solutions generation, grassroots networking and training, are available from Vandana Shiva's organization, Navdanya. See also: Freedom Cells, The Conscious Resistance Network, the Savory Institute, Permaculture Institute, ThinkResilience, the Global Ecovillage Network, the Intentional Community Foundation, the Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements, Via Campesina, and the Transition Network. And I would urge people listen to Vandana Shiva, in particular. She is the single greatest grassroots leader on the planet at this time.
I would also urge people to order, read and share my own books, and some of my key essays, listed in my article, Flash-Drive Revolution. Then copy, save, share, and download these books and essays to USB flash-drive, for safer, offline storage - because the internet is increasingly being censored, and articles, books and videos are disappearing - along with whatever documents, videos, memes, art, music, web pages, databases or films you feel are important: such as the Magna Carta, the US Declaration of Independence, Constitution and Bill of Rights, the Nuremberg Code, the UN Charter of Human Rights, the Earth Charter, the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, the Mexican Constitution, Thoreau's essay On Civil Disobedience, Etienne de La Boite's Discourse On Voluntary Servitude, the WikiSpooks database, and the films, Koyaniskatsi, Baraka, The Corporation, Manufacturing Consent, Requiem for the American Dream, Incident at Oglala, Salvador, The Shock Doctrine, The End of America, The Take, The Power of Community, Living Soil, and Kiss The Ground.

A few of the best investigative journalism, news, commentary and analysis sources, that I know of:
This is a very incomplete list. There are millions of people from all walks of life, all over the world, who are waking up, or who have been highly aware for a long time. This is a list of just a few of the people and organizations that come to the top of my mind, in terms of honesty, courage, intelligence, and integrity.
And do note, however: individuals and organizations can sometimes be corrupted, co-opted, bribed, blackmailed, extorted, intimidated, or sometimes simply be duped, indoctrinated, brainwashed, confused, or otherwise go off the rails. This list is excellent, as of this date, to the best of my knowledge. That could change. As always, question everything, and think for yourself.
I also have to say here again, that the overwhelmingly biggest issue of the hour, and of our time, is the global corporate fascist coup, which is now underway, and which is utterly destroying constitutional democracy, freedom and human rights across the Western world, and across the planet. I have included some people and organizations here, that, to my knowledge, have not made a peep, or a single sound, about that most urgent and central of issues; and I have included them here, on my A-list, and not on the black-list below, only because they have done such excellent, important work, and continue to do excellent, important work. But if they don’t start talking about this most central of issues, and making it their primary focus, in fact, as it utterly deserves to be, and urgently needs to be, right now, then I will have to conclude that they are either spineless, brainless, or else corrupt. In any of the three cases, it will mean their reliability, and their credibility, has fallen to zero. You know who you are. I’m not going to point you out. But I will say this: Get on it! Now!
The first 34 on the list have covered the currently on-going global fascist coup, and they have covered it extremely well, with great bravery, and generally with tremendous lucidity. As to the rest of the list, some have been mousey to date, to put it politely, and some have not. It is a very mixed bag, even among the best of the best.

Jimmy Dore is also one of the best among the thinking left, the real left - which has always been anti-authoritarian - and which is now, sadly, a tiny minority, it seems, among the now brain-dead and co-opted “Left”. News, information, commentary and analysis sources that have now proven they are utterly unreliable, at best - to put it mildly:
Most governments and government bodies or ministries (CDC, NIH, Health Canada, USAID, NED, CIA, FBI…)
Most of the major international organizations (World Bank, IMF, BIS, ECB, Fed, WTO, WEF, EU, NATO, G-7, UNESCO, WHO…the CFR, Royal Institute, Trilateral Commission, Bilderberg group, the Soros foundations, the Rockefeller Foundation, the Gates Foundation…)
The Fortune 1,000 biggest corporations and their billionaire controllers, who now form the global oligarchy seated at Davos, which even the leading business journal in the Western Hemisphere, the Financial Times, calls, "the de facto world government”
The corporate media, the government media (BBC & CBC), the “public media” (PBS, NPR, TVO), and any “alternative”, “progressive” or “independent” media that are dependent on billionaire money or billionaire-controlled “foundations”
And also the following, which, in many cases, it breaks my heart to have to list here:
The Intercept
Z Magazine and Z Net
New Internationalist
Common Dreams
TruthOut
TruthDig
DemocracyNow!
AlterNet
CounterPunch
Canadian Dimension
The Young Turks (TYT)
The New Humanist
The Huffington Post
The Guardian
The Independent
The Sierra Fund
The World Wildlfe Fund

Naomi Klein - now that she has visciously knifed her friend and colleague in the back, Glenn Greenwald, and zealously and aggressively defended censorship (and her billionaire patron), and has called the Davos Great Reset a “conspiracy theory”, even though the WEF has published documents and videos on it publicly, and its founder and director, Klauss Schwabb, wrote and published a book on it, called, Covid-19: The Great Reset !! Either she has lost her mind, or she is simply corrupted.
Noam Chomsky - now that he is supporting authoritarianism (see Jimmy Dore and Max Blumenthal)

Photographed in Charles Dicken’s favourite London pub. Yes, that’s me in the fedora - which I started wearing in 2009, by the way, when nobody wore any hats, other than baseball caps or winter toques! Proof yet of how interconnected we all are now, globally, because that fedora / funky hat craze spread globally from Toronto, Canada, (a globally connected cosmopolitan city, with an internationally famous film festival,) where I lived at the time, first seeing one other person in that city wear a fedora, after a year or so, then in a couple of years a few more, to being a global phenomena in a little more than five years. Now you see fedoras and other unusual hats from Britain to Beijing. If it can happen with something as seemingly insignificant as clothing choices, it can happen with ideas that are powerful enough to change the world.
Remember that.
Freedom, compassion, courage, inspiration and truth are contagious. Spread them everywhere.
An important note on social change:
The importance of Thomas Kuhn's work on paradigm shifts, or revolutions in consciousness and world view broadly, are of paramount importance. There is a paradigm shift, or revolution in consciousness and culture, as well as in science, that is going on now. Good! Take hope, and keep working for positive change in human consciousness, culture and society. A renaissance has already begun to emerge. Fuel it!
